Team Nurse is seeking an
experienced full-time sales development representative to generate
increased sales through raised awareness of agency services within the
health care/senior care community we serve by developing new
relationships to recommend or refer our service this person should be
aggressive, self-starters with the highest level of energy.
Additionally, successful candidates will possess strong character,

Experience:
2+ years of In home health care or medical industry related experience
or representation with verifiable references is strongly preferred.
Outside sales experience in the following settings will be considered:
home health care agency, hospital, nursing home, assisted living
facility, rehab facility, physician practice, medical equipment/products
or other relevant health care industry. A successful career with proven
track record of outside sales in unrelated industry will be considered.
Skills:
A proven record of outstanding phone sales ability The ability
to set and pursue challenging goals with a high degree of intensity and
desire to compete. People/service orientation-friendly, energetic,
outgoing, caring, and committed to helping people. Prior Non Medical in
Home Care sales experience extremely valuable. Senior placement
knowledge. Veteran's compensation knowledge. Excellent communication
skills. High level of motivation and initiative. Honesty and Integrity.
Primary Duties:
* Identifies market potential by qualifying clients
* Initiates sales process by telephone call, scheduling appointments,
written correspondence, making initial presentation, understanding
account requirements.
* Create relationship by building rapport with potential clients,
explaining product and service capabilities, overcoming objections.
* Expands sales with existing accounts by increasing awareness and
introducing new products and services.
* Contributes information to market strategy by monitoring competitive
products and reactions from clients.
* Attend networking opportunities within industry. Setup and maintain
table display at vendor opportunity events.
* Presentation of service options to potential clients.
* Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related
results as needed.
*Weekly meetings with management to discuss progress and strategy.
Traveling is a must. Some overnight stay is required. Transportation is
provided.
Skills/Qualifications/Requirements:
Good presentation skills, written and verbal communication,
motivation for sales, sales planning, prospecting skills, persistence,
self-starter, professional appearance, organization, computer literacy,
proficient in Microsoft Office applications - WORD, OUTLOOK, EXCEL.
Knowledge of Health Care Insurance and Veteran Assistance is preferred
but not mandatory.
